What if my order arrives damaged or defective?
The workmanship of your art is guaranteed for 365 days from the date of shipment. If you receive a damaged or defective product, please let us know and we’ll fix the problem as quickly as possible.
What if I don’t love my art?
If you aren’t satisfied with your custom artwork, we are more than happy to work with you to make your order perfect!
Exchanges
Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order and we would be happy to exchange your item(s) of equal value for only the cost of shipping for your new item(s). After 14 days, you will be charged a 20% processing fee plus the new shipping charges for your exchange. To get started on your exchange, please e-mail Mary at ArtbyMaryB@ gmail.com.
Refunds
All requests for refunds will be processed minus a 20% processing fee. Shipping is non-refundable. To get started on your return, please e-mail Mary at ArtbyMaryB@ gmail.com.
No refunds will be accepted after 365 days from the ship date.
Please note that due to differences in monitors, the colors you see on your computer may be slightly different on the art you receive.
